Weekly Care Plan — $499/mo (Month-to-month; 14-day notice.)
One-time onboarding: $199 (Hootsuite setup, brand kit, access).

Includes (caps):

  • Volume: 4 posts/week + 1 simple short or video/week (client supplies brand/people footage; free ambient stock OK)

  • Audience size cap: up to 2,000 combined followers (FB+IG)

  • Locations: 1 page/campus

  • Engagement care: up to 15 public interactions/week (comment/DM triage)

  • Scheduling via Hootsuite; light business-hours checks

  • Monthly summary (top posts and takeaways)

Modifiers (added when caps are exceeded):

  • Audience size (FB+IG): 2,001-5,000 + $75/mo; 5,001-10,000 + $150/mo; 10,001-25,000 + $300/mo; >25,000 custom

  • Extra locations/pages: + $75/mo each (mirrored content plus tailored caption)

  • Extra volume: +1 post/week + $50/mo (each); +1 short/week + $40/mo (each)

  • More engagement care: +15 interactions/week + $40/mo

À la Carte (SMM):

  • Reel/Short (edit plus thumbnail plus caption plus scheduling): $60 each

  • Event promo pack (2 graphics plus captions): $120

Media & rights: Client provides brand-specific/copyrighted media and confirms usage rights. For any Reels/Shorts or videos in posts, the client must supply all brand/people footage. Steadfast Digital Marketing employees do not record or appear on camera. Free or stock ambient clips may be used when appropriate.

CRM Management — Onboarding (one-time)

5,001-25,000 contacts or 6-15 users: $899

25,000 contacts or >15 users: Custom scope

Users = people with CRM logins/seats (roles and permissions).

Includes portal audit, pipelines/properties, roles/permissions, basic integrations (forms and calendar), baseline dashboards, and a simple data-cleanup plan. Automation build-outs beyond basic notifications are scoped separately.

Extras (when exceeded): extra pipelines + $40 each; property batches (per 50) + $75.

Additional CRM support: $85/hour by request.

  • Church Bulletins (Digital and Print-Ready PDF): $125/issue; $450/mo weekly service (cap: up to 2 pages/issue; + $25 per extra page)

  • Ministry Newsletters (Email or PDF): $150/issue; $500/mo bi-weekly (cap: 2 pages/issue; + $25 per extra page)

  • Event and Special Invitations: $125 each; $325/3-pack (cap: 1 revision each; extra revisions + $20)

  • Donation and Fundraising Emails: $200/campaign; + $100 each additional email in same series (cap: 1,000 words total copy per campaign)

  • Custom Flyers and Announcements: $100/flyer; $350/4-piece series (cap: 1 revision each; extra revisions + $15)

  • Copywriting and proofreading support: $45/hr

Fair-Use and Right-Sizing
Prices assume one organization/brand/location, FB+IG for SMM, and the caps listed above. Modifiers apply when caps are exceeded. Client supplies brand-specific/copyrighted media and confirms rights.
